Today I’m sharing my favorite pregnancy and postpartum recovery smoothie, packed with protein, iron & essential vitamins and minerals from real food ingredients. ✨

Cold drinks aren’t recommended in Traditional Chinese Medicine after giving birth but this one is so worth it! 🧊 As many of you know, I’m recovering from an emergency C-section and extreme hemorrhaging from pregnancy complications. 🩸This drink is helping replenish my red blood cell count, thanks to the iron, protein & B12 in Lineage Provisions AB Chocolate Complete Protein.

Postpartum Recovery Smoothie
Gather
1/3 cup milk of choice - I love MALK Organics vanilla almond milk
1/2 frozen 🍌
1-2 scoops Lineage Provisions AB Complete Chocolate 🍫 Protein
1 spoon Coconut Cult yogurt
1 spoon organic nut butter (optional but delicious and adds more calories for breastfeeding and healing) 🤱

Blend and enjoy! Added bonus - kids LOVE getting a "chocolate shake" for breakfast some days and might brag to their friends. Little do they know they're drinking beef organs and probiotics!
