We are honored to prepare each AU Baby order with care. Please review the information below so you know exactly what to expect.

Shipping Rates

  • $10 flat-rate ground shipping within the United States

  • Free ground shipping on U.S. orders of $200 or more

  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $25

  • All orders include our custom eco-gift wrapping, ready for gifting

  • We ship worldwide — international shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before shipping

  • Personalized items require an additional processing time of 10 business days on average

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotions), fulfillment times may be slightly longer

We take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards before it leaves our hands.

Delivery & Responsibility

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. AU Baby is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to locate the package or file a claim. We are happy to provide tracking information or documentation to support this process.

We recommend shipping to a secure location and using delivery instructions whenever possible to ensure safe receipt.

International Orders

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing beyond our control
