We want you to feel confident in your AU Baby purchase. Please review the information below so you know what to expect.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached

Personalized or customized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services team at info@aubabyshop.com within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Personalized or customized items are not eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange, please email info@aubabyshop.com,and our team will be happy to assist.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@aubabyshop.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.
